John de Havilland

John de Havilland is a customer success director at Microsoft, leading a team of cloud solution architects working with some of Microsoft's largest media customers to help them achieve success with their cloud journey. Collaborating with customers on helping to solve some of their most difficult challenges, de Havilland and his team strive to help connect technology to business solutions spanning the gamut of application development through to artificial intelligence.

Prior to this role, de Havilland was a cloud solution architect focusing on advanced analytics and AI for a number of years. Working closely within Microsoft’s cloud platform, focusing on data, analytics, and artificial intelligence, he has had the chance to work on some exciting projects and drive customer success.
