Baltimore Ravens, VP, Broadcasting and Gameday Productions

Jay O’Brien leads a talented staff responsible for all organizational video, including social and digital video content, television shows, preseason game broadcasts, and in-stadium entertainment. He also serves as executive producer of Ravens Productions, which was recognized by the NFL’s 2019 Voice of the Fan survey as the top video board content and No. 2-ranked game entertainment in the league.

O’Brien also oversaw the organization’s upgrades to the RavensVision video displays and control room at M&T Bank Stadium. He spearheaded the Ravens’ partnership with The Famous Group to debut a mixed-reality Raven at M&T Bank Stadium, a first-of-its-kind execution that received the 2020 Sports Business Award for Best in Sports Technology.

In recognition of his work, O’Brien has also earned 20 Emmy Awards during his time with the Ravens and was named to Baltimore Business Journal’s "40 Under 40" in 2017. He serves on the board of the Ravens Foundation and earned an undergraduate degree in journalism from Loyola College. He also has a master’s in business administration from Towson and the University of Baltimore.
